What does it cost to rent a dumpster?
10-Yard and 15-Yard: $300 for up to 14 days, plus $50 per ton of debris disposal.
18-Yard and 20-Yard: $325 for up to 14 days, plus $50 per ton of debris disposal.
No included tonnage, every ton is billed at $50, so the price covers delivery and the rental period, not disposal weight.
What size dumpster do I need?
10-Yard dumpster: small clean outs, single-room renovations
15-Yard dumpster (most popular): most home renovations and larger clean outs
18-Yard dumpster: roofing and bigger renovation debris
20-Yard dumpster: major roofing jobs, whole-house renovations, new construction scrap, estate clean outs
How does tonnage work?
After we service your dumpster, we will have the weight of the debris the following business day. One ton equals 2,000 lbs.
Heavier materials such as roofing shingles, tile, and concrete cost more to dispose of even in a smaller-looking pile, so the $50/ton fee reflects actual debris weight, not just how full the dumpster looks.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Standard rental covers up to 14 days.
Do you protect my driveway?
Yes, every delivery gets wood laid down under contact points to protect your driveway, and every pickup gets swept clean and has a magnet run for metal debris before we leave.
Please remember, our trucks and the dumpsters both empty and full are considered heavy machinery. While we take every precaution to protect your driveway and grass, we are no liable for cracking or damage done to the area under the dumpster.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
No you do not need to be home. We do ask that if you are not planning on being present, please ensure the area is clear for delivery, including removing all vehicles and other objects from the driveway or delivery area, and for pick ups, ensuring that the area is clear of obstructions for us to pick it up.
How fast can you deliver?
We do our best to service all of our customers the next business day or within 48 business hours of their request
Do I need a permit to put a dumpster on my property?
No, private-property placement never needs a permit. If the dumpster has to sit on a street, sidewalk, or public right-of-way instead, most cities and counties in our service area require a right-of-way permit. Rules vary city to city, so we’ll always tell you upfront if your specific job needs one, or check your city’s page on our site for direct links to local permitting offices.
What can't go in the dumpster?
These items cannot go in the dumpster:

Biomedical waste, sharps
CRT’s – TV’s, monitors
Electronics, brown goods
Fluorescent lamps/bulbs
Garbage – Household and Commercial
Hazardous waste
Liquid waste, sludge
Manure, PCB wastes
Mercury containing devices
Motor vehicles
Petroleum contaminated soil
Pressurized cylinders
Propane tanks
Rear Projection TV’s
Treated Wood (Subject to a mix load fee of $100)
What about concrete or dirt?
You can dispose of concrete or dirt in the dumpster, but it can only be filled halfway with this type of debris so we can safely load and transport the dumpster per DOT regulation.

Yes, alongside standard dumpster rental, we offer long-term rentals for contractors who need a dumpster on site for months at a time, and waste management plans for businesses that want debris handled on a set schedule.
