Our families have been in business in Brevard County for over 30 years, long before “Dumpsters & Dads” was ever a name on a truck. We grew up here, became friends here, we’re raising our kids here, and when we saw contractors and homeowners getting the run-around from big out-of-town rental chains, we figured we could do it better — the way local business used to work.
Today we run one of the largest roll-off fleets in South Brevard, but we haven’t lost the small-shop instincts that got us here. Every delivery gets wood laid down to protect your driveway. Every pickup gets swept clean. And if something’s not right, you’re not talking to a call center, you’re talking to us.

Meet the Team!
Phil -Owner
Born and raised in Brevard, Phil has run companies on the Space Coast for 20 years. He is married to his high school sweetheart and they have three amazing children and two rambunctious dogs who make life beachside fun and eventful. Phil is an accomplished golfer who plays on the US AM Tour and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. With childhood friend Adam, he has built and grown many businesses along our Space Coast. Using his marketing and relationship building strengths, Phil ensures we have a voice in our community and pushes us to reach our potential.
Adam - Owner
As a Space Coast native, Adam grew up right alongside Phil in Brevard. After earning his degree from the University of Florida, he moved back to the Space Coast to begin his life beachside. Married to the love of his life, they and their two children enjoy camping, board games and spending quality time together during their activity packed schedule. Adam enjoys running, coaching soccer and a good Trader Joe's haul. Goal oriented and future focused, Adam keeps us grounded as we work on building a brand that cares about its community.
Sarah - Office Manager
Not a native but an early transplant, I am proud to call my beachside community home. After meeting Phil & Adam in 2021, we have worked together in some capacity ever since; I currently serve as the office manager! I love my job, being a Mom, and taking pictures of my dogs. You can usually find me reading, swimming with my family and checking out awesome landscaping on walks. Literally a Jill of all trades, I manage the office and day to day operations. I am proud to share and help build Phil & Adam's vision of a company that genuinely cares about their customers and clients.
Alex - Driver
Meet our driver, Alex! With over 10 years of commercial driving experience, there's not much he can't do! He enjoys spending time with family, watching soccer and working on cars. We appreciate Alex's ability to find creative solutions to problems, his calm under pressure and we are very thankful to work with together!
